Nit: Could let agent know they can npx sanity@latest blueprints help to learn more if they need / they run into issues (helps if skill ever gets out of sync with deployments)

updating Blueprints-related best practices (small tweak to functions, too)
greatly expanding knowledge around general Blueprints behaviors and features (how dependency ordering works. what
lifecycleis. etc.)erring on the side of text that can remain accurate for longer.
ie. don't document specific definers' availability in a long list - direct agent to reference contents of
@sanity/blueprints.
